DNA Test Results – Secure File Sharing
DNA test results are released only after the results have been finalized and confirmed with the patient by telephone.
For privacy and security, DNA results are not sent as standard email attachments. Following telephone confirmation, results are securely shared through TitanFile, our HIPAA- and PIPEDA-compliant secure file-sharing platform.
The secure file-sharing link will be sent to the email address confirmed by the patient. Patients are responsible for ensuring that the email address provided to the clinic is accurate and secure.
For your protection and privacy, please do not forward or share your secure results link with anyone who is not authorized to access your results.
DNA test results are confidential and should only be accessed by authorized individuals.
Medical Results
For blood tests and other diagnostic services, medical results are sent directly to the physician or healthcare professional who requested the testing.
For privacy, security, and continuity of care, Mjay Santé does not provide medical or diagnostic results directly to patients. Patients who wish to obtain or discuss their results should contact the healthcare professional who ordered the testing.
